Manchán visits Zagreb, where he learns about the city’s witch-hunting past and sips coffee in a café that is a replica of the Orient Express. At his next stop in Slovenia’s Lake Bled, he rows out to a little island church, before enjoying a locally-made picnic. Manchán goes diving in Genoa on the Italian coast and learns about an award-winning pesto sauce from local lawyer-turned-foodie Enrica Monzani.
